RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES
I am spokesperson for Ronald McDonald House Charities . Due to my role with the charity, I have had the opportunity to meet children with life threatening illnesses or disabilities. I take part in fund raising activities and official presentation of projects funded by the charity which enable them to evolve and achieve their potential.
Ronald McDonald House Charities is an organization that helps children in need. They help different charities that have programs that improve the quality of life for sick or disabled children and their families.
There are also Ronald McDonald Houses . They provide a "home-away-from-home" for families of seriously ill children receiving hospital treatment. Ronald McDonald Houses are located near local children's hospitals and provides a place for families to stay in a warm, cheerful and comfortable environment. They are great!
Over the years, I have visited the Montreal and Quebec City Ronald McDonald Houses a few times to have fun with the kids and families staying there. It is always impressive to see what the Ronald McDonald Houses do for kids and their families, and especially the determination and courage that these kids have. Moreover, last summer, I had the chance to visit the Toronto Ronald McDonald House with the tennis pro Serena Williams, who, like me, is an ambassador for Houses Charities.
