MY STORY
I was born on June 8, 1985 in Montreal and I live with my parents in Laval-sur-le-Lac. My entire family enjoys sports. For us, sports are more than a hobby, they are a way of life. My mom, Christiane, is a golf instructor at the Club de golf de Fabreville. My dad, Pierre, is a businessman and also, I must say, quite a good golfer. My older sister Anouk also competed in diving events for several years. I also have a dog named Suki. My family has been practicing the same winter sport for years - downhill skiing. Don't be surprised if you run into us on the slopes in the Laurentians. In fact, I have already taken part in skiing races. I love skiing in slaloms and giant slalom races.
I graduated high school from Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry High School in Saint-Leonard. Because of my hectic training schedule, the sports-school program allowed me to go to school while training.
I became the ambassador for McDonald's Restaurants of Quebec in 1999. I am also a spokesperson for Ronald McDonald House Charities, which allows me to meet and spend time with great people.
