Hello eveyrone,

The FINA Synchronised Swimming World Cup 2010 is currently under way in Changshu, China. Canada is well represented by the synchro swimming team. Canada won the bronze medal in the team combination event yesterday. They seemed very happy of their performance. Congrats and good luck for the upcoming performances! 

On my end, it’s not very complicated: training, training and training; it’s my focus. The Commonwealth Games are in less than a month and I’m excited. I’m training hard and we are in the last preparations. We’re heading to a training camp in Qatar soon. The countdown has begun!
