January 27, 2010: McDonald’s Olympic Champion Crew

Hi everyone,

I’m very proud to be part of the McFamily, and I like to talk about some of McDonald’s programs. The Olympic Champion Crew program was created a few years ago. The program rewards 300 McDonald’s employees across Canada who have distinguished themselves by their team spirit and their excellent work, just like athletes!

McDonald’s has chosen 300 employees from among the 77,000 in Canada, including 43 from Quebec. These star employees will be flying to Vancouver and serving the world’s top athletes, coaches and journalists at the different McDonald’s restaurants on the Olympic site. They’ll spend a total of 30 days working at the Games. They’ll also have a chance to attend an event and take part in different activities. It promises to be an unforgettable experience!

I’d like to congratulate all those who have been selected as members of the Olympic Champion Crew. Best of luck and, above all, enjoy!

I’ll be arriving in Vancouver soon and look forward to seeing you there!

Alex
