Hi everybody!

Tomorrow will be the start of the Men 3m springboard competition with the preliminary session and the semi-finals. Thursday it will be the finals. I am preparing and training hard for that competition. I am putting myself in a concentration mode to be in the best shape possible and to minimize the mistakes. Here is a photo of me during a training session:

Today, it was the finals of the Women 3m springboard competition. My teamates Émilie Heymans and Jennifel Abel were part of it. Émilie dove really well and won the silver medal. Jennifer had a great competition and finished 11th.
