Hi!

Tomorrow it's the beginning of the competition for me with the semi-finals and finals of the 3m synchro diving competition. I am very excited to dive! Reuben and I are well prepared. It will be our first international competition since we dive together in synchro.

And in the evening, it will be opening ceremony. I have the honour to have been chosen to be the flag-bearer for the Canadian team. It's really something special! I am thrilled to live this moment with the others Canadian athletes.
