Hi everyone!

I’ve been in Rome for a week now with the Canadian team. We’re here for the FINA world aquatic championships. The weather’s been really great and super hot! Rome is a fabulous city and I love coming here.

The competition site is really fantastic. We’re training hard every day with the entire team to get ready. I’m in top shape and really excited for the competitions to begin. My first dive is on Saturday. It’s the preliminaries for the three-metre synchro dive. And, in the evening, it’s the opening ceremony.
