Hey everyone,

Today, Diving Canada announced I will be Canada’s flag bearer for the World Aquatics Championships held in Rome from July 18 to August 2^nd. It’s such an honour! I’m really proud!

So many great athletes from aquatic sports will be representing Canada at these FINA Championships that it’s a real privilege and honour, for me and for diving, to have been chosen as flag bearer. The World Championships have often been key moments for my career, such as the ones held in Montreal in 2005, and I will certainly think of it during the parade. I can’t wait to be in Rome with all the other Canadian athletes.

Until then, I’m training really hard for this competition. First, I will participate to the Summer Nationals diving competition in Quebec City on June 28. Then, I will go to training camp with the national team to finalize my preparation for the World Championships.
